Pastry Ledger ("the Service") is a web-based SaaS application for recipe costing and margin calculation, operated by Anthony Calvano, registered as an auto-entrepreneur in France (SIRET: 100448745).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
You must provide an accurate email address and display name to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription. Plans are available as follows:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. In accordance with French consumer law (Article L. 221-28 of the Code de la consommation), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services for which execution has already begun with your prior express consent.
If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your subscription, contact us at support@pastryledger.com and we will issue a full refund within 5 business days. No questions asked.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by the operator of Pastry Ledger and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all data and content you create or upload within the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of Pastry Ledger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
